Have you tried all 5 AP tools? Which one did you like best? I got countdown pro from WSA, but the trial version ran out and the big pop up box annoyed me reminding me to buy it.

I use a modified shell script called todo.sh that basically mimics the functionality of tools like vitalist and gtdtiddlywiki, I got it off of lifehacker, and made a few modifications so that it formats and color codes everything the way I want. I also use a python script that prints out reports of todo.sh statistics in graphical format. I am a Unix geek, so I don't have much time for web tools :P

Sick. I'm using GTDtiddlywiki. Thanks for this pro tip. It should be easier for me to plan goals now. Before I had been just doing stuff with word and excel this will be easier to keep track of stuff.
